Client must approve the quote and pay the deposit prior to booking their service. This process will be facilitated through their personal account in our online client system. On the day of the service, the client and employee of Sandia Shine Co. will conduct a walkthrough prior to starting service. At this point, client may point out any specific concerns with their car and any known issues. The employee of Sandia Shine Co. will also point out and communicate any potential issues they may see based on their professional opinion. Some conditions may be beyond the services quoted or the abilities of Sandia Shine Co. at that point in time. In that case, the employee of Sandia Shine Co. will communicate those potential issues and get confirmation from the client. After the service is performed, the client and employee of Sandia Shine Co. will conduct another walkthrough. At that point, the client may note and communicate any issues they see. The employee will take the necessary steps to correct the issue at no additional charge to the client. Should the client still be unsatisfied after the necessary steps are taken by the employee, Sandia Shine Co. will conclude the service for the day and a refund will be issued to the client.
